The Centre for Whole of Society Resilience (CWSR) is excited to announce the launch of our second Resilient Leaders Programme for Resilience Professionals.
In a world shaped by unpredictability, the role of resilient leaders has never been more critical. The UK Government’s resilience framework and action plan signal a shift from emergency response to whole‑society resilience, with every part of the national ecosystem playing a role. Chief Resilience Officers and resilience professionals are central to driving this change and must be equipped with the right mindsets, skills and peer support. While traditional crisis response remains essential, it is no longer sufficient. Building resilience requires a proactive, systems‑focused leadership approach that empowers communities and organisations to take ownership. This programme develops the leadership capabilities and mindsets needed to embed resilience across the system and deliver lasting change, and is delivered by PA and Leading4Change, both accredited Resilient Leaders Consultants.
We recently completed the first cohort to the programme with resilience professionals from across central government, local government, business and voluntary sectors. Participants described their experience as “Inspiring, informative, grounding...enabled some deep self-reflection which was incredibly welcome." “transformative”. The overall cohort growth was 11% across the board with highest growth (40+%) in determination, strategic intent and personal resilience.
Proposed Dates: The programme extends across 14 weeks.

· In person 1day 1000-1700 22/09/26 PA Offices Victoria (it is essential that you attend this)
· 1-2-1 1-hour coaching session w/c 29/09/26 to suit your schedule
· Online development sessions 0930-1130 06/10/26; 20/10/26; 17/11/26; 01/12/26
· Hybrid Mid-point check-in and guest lecture 0930 -1230 03/11/26
· In person finale 1000-1700 15/12/26 PA Offices Victoria (essential attendance)
Cost: £1,975 + VAT per person
